Ingredients:

1 can of Tehina

(Available at VONS stores in the Israeli food section)
2 cans of Garbonzo Beans (strained)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
4 Tablespoon Lemon juice (Fresh or concentrate)
1 Teaspoon fine salt
1 Teaspoon Onion salt
1 flat teaspoon Garlic powder

Put all ingredients in a food processor and run between 5-8 minutes until the paste is smooth.

Secondary ingredients:
Olive oil
Paprika or red pepper
Fresh Parsley or Fresh mint for garnish.

Serving suggestion:
A couple of generous scoops of the final product in a flat plate, with a spoon spread the paste around. 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil around the center, sprinkle the paprika or red pepper around the center over the oil and finish with the Parsley or mint as a flag in the center. Can be served at room temp. or chilled. Always tastes better the next day.

Refrigerated it can last up to 90 days.
Serve with Pita-bread
