Ingredients: 3 and 1/2 cups water 3 tablespoons vegetable oil* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black or white pepper* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder* 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 a teaspoon of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper 1/4 cup vinegar (any kind) 1 bundle of parsley 1 bundle mint 2 medium tomatoes 1 medium cucumber 1 box of couscous 10 Oz. 1 Oz. pine nuts* =================== Put the Couscous grain in a bowl or a Pyrex tray spread evenly. After the broth boiled pour it gently over the Couscous grain and let it sit for a while until it starts rising. Every few minutes, separate the grains with a fork. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers to chunks, add the mint and parsley with a minimum of stems throw it all in a food processor, add 2 table spoons of water and the lemon juice and vinegar. Grind all the ingredients (do not liquefy!) Keep it in small chunk. Add that to the Couscous and stir well until everything gets to a shade of pale green. before the last stirring, add the pine nuts. Add more salt or hot sauce
